Refund / Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if the service provided did not meet the agreed terms, or in case of payment errors or cancellations approved by Virasat Logistics.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request cancellations before the shipment is dispatched. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the service type.

3. Claims for Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damaged or lost goods during transportation, customers must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims will be reviewed based on shipment documentation and insurance coverage.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. We strive to complete the process promptly and communicate updates to the customer.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in cases of delay caused by natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, or situations beyond the control of Virasat Logistics.
